General Check-in / Check-out Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Bookings:* No cancellation charges apply if the booking is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time. For some bookings, the cancellation period is 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within this period will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
- Special Offers/Privileged Booking Rates:* Certain bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amendable. Please review the terms carefully before booking.
Refund Policy
- Upon cancellation, the refund process will begin. The refunded amount, after deducting cancellation charges and applicable taxes, will be credited back to the customer's bank account using the same payment method used for booking. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
- For bookings made using a credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card.
